Our Quality and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Policy


In accordance with the objectives of Aygaz Doğal Gaz, the following Quality Management Policy has been adopted.

  • To perform the processes of providing natural gas to the consumer in the most efficient manner and ensure continuous improvement
  • To provide services in a manner that will create maximum benefit for all stakeholders
  • To ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction by fully meeting the expectations and needs of all domestic and foreign customers
  • To perform operations in compliance with legal regulations and international standards in the light of technological developments
  • To ensure the training of all suppliers and business partners from which products and services are purchased so that they conduct their operations with the same approach as Aygaz Doğal Gaz
  • To provide employees with training and development so that business processes are conducted efficiently and objectives are achieved

And, the following Environmental and Occupational Safety Management Policy has been adopted:

  • To identify, control and minimize operational risks
  • To protect human health, safety and the environment
  • To aim for zero accidents and zero losses, as well as to prevent injury and health problems
  • To develop and provide products and services with the awareness that that all accidents can be prevented and with a preventative HSE approach
  • To protect natural resources, use them as efficiently as possible, manage waste and prevent pollution
  • To support cooperation with stakeholders and share information as part of HSE
  • To be a pioneer in our sector by constantly improving HSE performance
  • To protect our values and each other
